The newly built Germanus Kent House in Broome, was retrofitted with energy efficient LED downlights, spotlights and oyster lights under the Southern Cross Care umbrella.
In co-operation with Mojarra, Empyrean Lighting replaced almost 200 traditional downlights, over 100 overheating halogens and more than 130 circular oyster tubes with cutting edge efficient LED downlights.
Southern Cross Care’s newest facility sets a new standard in aged care facilities with energy saving lighting, air conditioning and heating. Facility staff especially the facility manager are ecstatic with the performance of the lights and the small amount of power that they require to operate.
