CBJ The Health Club is one of the largest fitness centers in Queensland and incorporates an attached physiotherapy clinic and daycare. The retrofit of the club replaced all its suspended 400W mercury vapour lamps in the main gym area with 120W Andromeda flood lights.
With our Andromeda providing greater light, improved safety and a 70% decrease in power usage. Maintenance costs will virtually be eliminated as the Andromeda’s in use will meet lighting (lux) requirements for the next 8 years+.
All the 50W halogens were also replaced with Polaris spotlights, and Corona panels replaced twin T8 troffers in Maximize and Teddies. These changes represent a 90% and 50% reduction in energy usage respectively.
